DAMN!!! I managed to get off early from work so I could finally run off to see Harry Potter & just got home to see THIS! Thanks you guys for posting this, it looks unbelievable. I mean, seeing him trying to save the girl in a sci fi thriller, that's just how I like my Jake.
Can't wait for April now & I haven't even seen LAOD yet. At least I can see that next Wednesday. >;-)
Wowza!!! It seems to me like we had a lot longer to wait for the L&OD trailer...Jake looks HOT!!! Not really my kind of movie but I'll go just to stare at Jake for 2 hours.

Oh, and I saw 127 Hours today in the theaters. My mind was blown with how incredible it way. One of the best films of the year by far.

Just watched Gylls on Jimmy Fallon. It was a lot of fun like the last time he was on there. They are so funny together. He just wasn't on long enough, imho. Now Scott Caan's on.
Now this movie has a better chance to see the light in my country. I really do hope so.

this got my attention too. I've traveled by train many times. Last time a guy who sat diagonally from me looked like Jake from the back. He was a good looking guy when he turned around. I tried to keep the image that it was Jake in my mind just to amuse myself. He had sunglasses on top of his head. dark hair, great body. I couldn't stop looking at it when he got up (again like Jake's) Looked to be about the same age. He was traveling with a male friend who was blond.
anyway why can't Jake ever be on my train :(
It looks like they are getting a leg up, figuring now that Jake is all over the place promoting LAOD maybe they can ride that wave by saying "OH BTW here is Jake's next movie that won't be out for 5 months in the US"

The trailer still looks good 18 hours later! It's not the type of movie I would probably ordinarily rush to the theater to see, but (like I said in the post) I'm intrigued! (And I'd see it even if I wasn't. ;))

I was also thinking about them using LAOD for helping to get interest started now in SC. I wonder if LAOD is a big hit, if it also won't help get Nailed out of post production hell & maybe get that movie finished & get a release date for it finally. I really do hope it does, because from what I have read, it sounds like it will be very funny & possibly a lot more sex scenes with Gylls. Yeah, I could go for that! >;-P

^^^^ Wow, great point! I was a huge fan of Quantum Leap when the series ran with Scott Bakula & it never even occurred to me. I think the movie sounds great & hopefully will be a big success.

His supposed birthday plan has become so viral on the internet, it's not even funny. I can't help but wonder if he wasn't just messing with the press to see how far that would go. If he is seriously doing that, then I hope he takes something super warm, because he will freeze his ass off in December in the arctic, & scuba diving with walruses? REALLY??? I know Gylls marches to his own drum & doesn't always do what the rest of the crazy celebs do, but I'm sorry I can't see Maggie & Naomi actually swimming with walruses in freezing water, even if he, Peter, & Stevie are out of their minds to try that. ^_^
I can't get the link that anon posted to work and all the other articles I saw are centered around that single quote about him trying something that terrifies him. :-/
He's probably serious. If he's not, I'd be willing to bet he said it as a joke and whomever he told didn't understand he was being sarcastic (this seems to happen a lot with Jake in interviews)...but I'm thinking he's probably serious (!)...and OH the stories he will have to tell while he's talk show hopping for Source Code. ;)

Ooh, thanks, Vanessa! Wow, that is so random the way it was inserted into the end of the article like that wasn't weird at all and didn't necessitate a follow-up question or two. Huh! Well it's less than a month away so I guess we'll find out one way or the other soon enough...but hell, it sounds like he's doing it. Kudos, Gyllenhaal. :)
