Quote of the Week: Tender-Moby-Dick-Moment Edition
Я хотел бы привести цитату из "Моби Дика", но я ее не помню, а вспомнил: "Если у вас большое сердце, надо его защищать!"
- Джейк Джилленхол
(Alright, alright, the translation's in the comments.)

Directly from the article:
I would like to cite from "Moby Dick," but I don't remember it exactly, but recall: "If you possess a big heart, it is necessary to protect it!"
The rest of the article:
Famous Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal revealed in an interview in Moscow that he has Russian heritage--his great-grandparents were from Russia. Jake was here in Moscow for the premiere of his film Prince of Persia and gave an interview.
"I feel a certain connection with Russia, and the people, whom I see here, pass along soul and they remind me of my grandfather and grandmother, and the great-grandfather and great-grandmother I didn't know, but I am able to form an opionion of who they were through their children," the actor said and added that he has had time to walk around the city a little in his free time and was intrigued with the secrets of Moscow, as one likes to walk around in new places, where normal tourists do not walk around.
The actor also said, that right now he does not feel the Russian spirit in himself. "It's still early," admits Gyllenhall. In Moscow, the actor has not noticed the Russian "melancholy": "the only thing that I have noticed at press-conferences--your wonderful sense of humor. Maybe, Russians are at first concerned with things skeptically, but then they understand, in that one thing and their sense of humor returns. On any genetic level I have something like that in me, but all the same it is more a positive attitude to life. I would like to cite from "Moby Dick," but I don't remember it exactly, but recall: "If you possess a big heart, it is necessary to protect it!"
The actor, who one year ago split from actress Reese Witherspoon, also admitted, that his heart is free and he shared memories of a kiss with his partner in the film "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" Gemma Arterton. "We had 3-4 re-takes, I don't know what Gemma has told you, but we didn't get it to turn out like we needed it, so I said to her "Let's do it one more time" and she said "No, everything was shot normally."
- Thank you PG's friend Kara for translating from the Mother Tongue! :)
And thank you to coffeecat for bringing out the scholarly Melville quote:
"How it is I know not; but there is no place like a bed for confidential disclosures between friends. Man and wife, they say, there open the very bottom of their souls to each other; and some old couples often lie and chat over old times till nearly morning. Thus, then, in our hearts honeymoon, lay I and Queequeg -- a cozy, loving pair."
You may discuss amongst yourselves. Your quiz will be in a few hours.
Oooh I am not good at tests or a quiz. I will try though so bring it on!
